We hire, deliver, install and collect temporary anti-climb mesh fencing for construction sites across Glasgow, Renfrewshire and Lanarkshire. New build, demolition, refurbishment, groundworks, civils, road works — if it’s an active site that needs a secure perimeter under CDM 2015, we cover it.
Most of our customers are local site managers, groundworks contractors, main contractors, scaffolding firms and developers who’ve been stung once too often by national hire firms quoting 3-day deliveries with a Scottish fuel surcharge. We’re based in Glasgow, our panels are in Glasgow, and we move at the speed of a one-call decision — not a procurement chain.
What’s included as standard

- Public liability insurance — certificate available on request for your site file
What’s extra (and we’ll always tell you on the call)
- Heavy-duty anti-lift clamps — £0.50/panel/week for higher-risk sites (urban, late-night activity, theft-prone areas)
- Gate panels — single hinged or double, from £4/panel/week
- Emergency / out-of-hours delivery — £85 call-out + standard delivery rate
- Damaged or missing panels — charged at cost on collection, held against the £25/panel deposit
- Extended hire — pro-rata daily rate if you run over the agreed period (no punitive overrun fees)
We don’t surprise you on collection. The quote on the call is the bill on the day.
CDM 2015 and your site liability
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require suitable and sufficient steps to prevent unauthorised access to a construction site throughout its lifecycle. In practice, that means:
- Continuous perimeter fencing during active work
- Anti-climb specification on panels (standard heras mesh meets this)
- Secure pedestrian and vehicle gates
- Adequate fencing height (2m minimum is standard expectation)
- Maintained throughout the project — replaced quickly if knocked down, stolen, or damaged
If the HSE walks past and your perimeter isn’t right, the improvement notice (or worse) lands on the principal contractor. Most site managers know this. Not all their subcontractors do — which is why fencing decisions get rushed and over-priced at the last minute.

How quickly can you get panels on site? Most sites are fenced the day after the call. Same-day delivery is achievable for orders booked before midday on weekdays. We’re local — we don’t wait for a truck from Manchester.
Do you have panels in stock? Yes — Glasgow yard, panels in stock, ready to go. Stock levels are managed against forward bookings so we never over-promise.
Can you handle a 200+ panel job? Yes — we run multiple vans on larger jobs and stagger delivery across the same day or split over two consecutive days. Tell us the panel count when you call so we can plan the install crew.
Will the panels be in good condition? Yes — every panel is inspected before it leaves the yard. We replace bent uprights, broken mesh, or compromised feet before they go out. You’re not getting the rubbish that got rejected at the last site.
Do you provide hire agreements / paperwork? Yes — written quote by email, hire agreement on first delivery (panel count, site address, hire period, rate, deposit), signed delivery and collection notes. Procurement-friendly.
Can you do site visits before quoting? For large or complex sites (200+ panels, awkward access, multiple phases), yes — usually within the same week. For standard jobs we quote on the phone from a postcode and panel count.
Do you handle CHAS/SSIP/Constructionline-vetted firms only? We work with anyone running a legitimate site. We’re working toward CHAS / SSIP / Constructionline registration ourselves for clients who require approved-supplier status — call to discuss your specific vetting requirements.
