Hours: Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. WhatsApp friendly outside these hours for non-urgent enquiries — reply first thing the next morning.
Best for: instant quotes, urgent delivery requests, talking through panel counts, anything where a 5-minute chat is faster than typing.

We’ll come back with a quote within the hour during working time, first thing the next morning out-of-hours.
Best for: sending site photos, getting quotes when you’re on a noisy site, leaving a message that doesn’t need an immediate call back.

We’re a Service Area Business — we deliver to your site rather than you visiting a depot. No public-facing yard.

What to expect when you get in touch

- We quote in 5 minutes — flat rate, all-in, no hidden extras
- You confirm by phone, text, WhatsApp or email — whichever works
- We deliver — usually next day, often same day

- You call when you’re done — we collect, refund deposit, invoice
No quote forms with 18 mandatory fields. No “your reference number is…” No “we’ll get back to you within 3 working days.” Just a phone call and a van.
Common contact questions
Do you answer the phone on weekends? Saturdays yes, 7am-6pm. Sundays via WhatsApp for non-urgent — reply first thing Monday. Genuine emergencies on Sunday, leave a voicemail and we’ll call back as soon as possible.
What if I miss your call back? Text us — we’ll keep trying or you’ll get a callback at a time you tell us works.
Can I just turn up at your yard? No — we’re a delivery-and-collection operation, no public-facing yard. Saves you a trip across Glasgow and saves us depot overhead. Everything happens by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Do you do site visits before quoting? For larger or complex jobs (200+ panels, multi-phase builds, awkward access), yes — usually within the same week. For standard jobs we quote on the call from a postcode and panel count.
Will I always speak to the same person? Mostly, yes — we’re a small operation. For trade accounts we set you up with a named contact.
