You speak to the person doing the job, not a call centre. Site managers don’t have time for hold music or “your call is important to us.” We answer the phone Mon–Sat, 7am–6pm. Out-of-hours, leave a voicemail or use the quote form and we’ll come back first thing.
One fair price, no surprises on collection. The rate we quote is the rate we charge. If the hire period runs over by a day or two, we don’t trigger a punitive overrun fee — we just bill the extra days at the same rate. Damage deposit is held, returned in full when panels come back in the same condition (normal wear excepted).
CDM 2015 compliant from delivery. Anti-climb mesh panels, concrete feet to spec, gate panels for site access. If the HSE walks past, your perimeter holds up.
Better rates the longer you hire. Our daily rate is competitive. Our weekly rate is better. Our monthly rate on long-term contracts is materially better than what the national firms quote. If you’ve got a 6-month build, call us — we’ll put together a flat monthly figure.
Emergency delivery available. Panels stolen overnight? Site expanded faster than expected? Storm took down a section? Call us — same-day delivery is possible most weekdays if the call comes in before lunch, and evenings/weekends on a call-out rate.

- Delivery booked — usually next day, often same day on small orders. We text you 30 minutes before arrival.
- Pay on delivery or 30-day BACS for trade accounts. Damage deposit held, refunded on collection.
- Call when you’re done — collection booked, panels picked up, deposit returned within 48 hours.

Common questions
How fast can you deliver? Most orders go out within 24 hours. Same-day delivery is often possible if you call before midday on a weekday. We’re a local operator with stock in Glasgow — we don’t wait for trucks from a regional depot.
What’s the minimum hire period? One week. After that, daily rates apply pro-rata. Long-term hires get progressively better rates — call for a quote on anything 4 weeks or longer.
Do you supply gates? Yes — standard gate panels (hinged single or double) included in our stock. Tell us when you book and we’ll bring them on the same delivery.
Are the panels anti-climb? Yes — all our panels are standard 2m x 3.5m anti-climb mesh, suitable for CDM 2015 site security requirements.
Do you offer 30-day BACS payment terms? Yes — for trade accounts with at least one completed hire. First job we ask for payment on delivery or before; from then on we set you up on account and invoice monthly.
Can you install the fencing for us? Yes — standard installation included for orders of 20+ panels within Glasgow. For smaller orders or installs further afield, we charge a flat install fee — quoted on the call.
What if I need extra panels mid-hire? Call — we’ll deliver additional panels usually within 24 hours at the same per-panel rate. No paperwork, no contract amendments.
What if a panel gets damaged on site? Damaged panels are charged at cost (held against the deposit). Normal wear and tear (mud, minor dents, paint scuffs) doesn’t count — we expect panels to come back from a working site looking like they’ve been on one.
Are you insured? Yes — public liability insurance covers you for damage during installation and collection. Certificate available on request for site managers and procurement teams.
